Minutes of the Standing Committee Meeting

April 8, 2014

The regular monthly meeting of the Standing Committee (SC) was called to order by The Rev. Anita Schell at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 8, 2014 in the Higgins Room at Diocesan House.

Present: The Rt. Rev. Nicholas Knisely, the Rev. Anita Schell (President), the Rev. James Bocchino, The Rev. Michael Coburn, The Rev. Kevin Lloyd, Mrs. Lora MacFall, Mr. William Plumb, Mr. F. Leon Sibielski (Secretary), Mr. Dennis E. Stark

Absent:  (none)

Bishop Knisely led the SC in opening prayer. 

A motion was made, seconded, and approved to accept the Minutes of the Meeting of March 11, 2014. 

A motion was made, seconded, and approved to accept the Summary of the Minutes of the Meeting of March 11, 2014 and to post them to the SC section of the Diocesan web site. 

A motion was made, seconded, and approved to affirm the loan requests through the Diocesan Revolving Loan Fund made of the Finance Committee by Church of the Epiphany, Rumford and St. Columba’s Chapel, Middletown for improvements to their respective properties. 

Bishop Knisely then entered into conversation with the SC presenting several informational items to them for their input. 

The Rev. Kevin Lloyd led the SC in closing prayer.

Meeting adjourned at 6:00 p.m.
